Dungeon Crawler: Orc Edition is a 2D platformer packed with action and adventure, featuring 20 challenging levels, 6 unique player abilities, diverse enemy types, and an intense boss battle. Designed as one of my early ventures into mobile game development, this project marked a significant milestone in my journey as a developer.

Spanning two months of focused work, the process was both challenging and rewarding. I navigated the intricacies of designing for mobile platforms, balancing gameplay mechanics, and crafting engaging level design. Despite its difficulties, Dungeon Crawler: Orc Edition remains a defining project in my portfolio, showcasing my passion and growth as a game creator.

Driving the vision, mechanics, and execution as the project's sole developer.

Developed the player controller and enemy AI, including intricate behaviours for mages, goblins, fire bats, skeletons, zombies, and a three-phase boss battle, using Unity and C#.

Implemented melee combat mechanics, special abilities, an inventory system, and seamless room transitions to enrich the gameplay.

Designed and built 20 unique levels, balancing challenge and exploration to create an engaging player experience.

Integrated a main theme, battle music, and immersive sound effects to bring the game's world to life.

Published the game on Android and conducted extensive testing using developer mode to ensure a smooth player experience.
